Father and son Hubert and Laurent Lignier manage this 9-hectare estate in Morey-Saint-Denis. They practice organic practices to create a perfect balance for the vine’s growth. Their wines are fresh, fine and elegant Burgundies thanks to the very little intervention in the cellar.
'(13.2% natural alcohol, from vines in Chambolle-Musigny planted in the 1960s and pruned en cordon; bottled in October): Bright medium red. Attractive floral lift to the strawberry and raspberry aromas. Juicy, supple wine with a touch of sucrosité to its flavors of red berries, spices and flowers. Finishes with firm-edged tannins. A very good Bourgogne.'
