I cannot find a wine on your website. Can you help me find it?

We will certainly try our hardest! Get in contact with us (02) 9699 3585 and we will let you know if we can find what you are after.

Can I change my order?

Yes you can, but please contact us ASAP so we can make any changes to your order before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, but if it is already with one of our courier partners we will have to pass on any freight charges we incur.

How do I apply a gift voucher or discount code?

We have a small box on our check out page you can enter when you finish shopping and watch the $$$ disappear from your order.

How long will my delivery take?

We try to ship all orders within 24 hours but please allow a few days for Sydney deliveries and 7-9 working days for deliveries outside of Sydney. If you need anything quicker than this please give us a call on (02) 9699 3585 and we will try our best to accomodate your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, it is not necessary for you to create an account to make a purchase. You can just

I can’t sign into my account

First ensure you do have an account with us. A trick if you are having trouble logging in is to try entering your email and have us resend your password. If this doesn’t work you may need to set up your account again. Just because you have bought wine from us previously, does not necessarily mean you have set up an account.

How can I update my details?

You may edit your account details by clicking *My Account* at the top of page. Once on the My Account page, you are able to update your account password, billing and shipping address, and subscribe to our newsletter.
