80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. A culmination of two terroirs, Les Aubes and La Ponche both found in the commune of Vacqueyras. Hand harvested and sorted in the winery, this wine sees a long maceration with careful extraction before spending 18 months in cask. This wine is long and delicious. A great little buy.
