A more old world style wine with more texture and complexity compared to the pure styles of Riesling we make for the Framingham bottling. A little bit of extra hang time on our oldest vines, hand harvested, bunch pressed with no juice clarification, fermented with uninoculated yeasts and left on lees for 11 months prior to bottling. Harmless crystals may form in the bottle.
