What the Critics say
The Battle of Bosworth wines are always super reliable. Once again we’re in the zone here. Blackberry and plum, dark chocolate, loganberries and whispers of woody spice. It’s bright and bold at once; it’s so fresh it almost has a spritz. And yet for generosity of flavour it lays it on. No problems here. Excellent style of wine. Fresh flavour aplenty. Drink: 2018-2025 (Jul18)

BOB aim to please with their Bosworth Shiraz. The objective is to make a well-balanced, delicious, medium-bodied wine with strong regional characters and to this end they keep winemaking techniques simple, and traditional. Grapes are picked on flavour and sugar ripeness, then crushed them and sent the to open fermenters.
The wine finishes fermenting in barrel; Using a combination of new and old French and American oak. A small percentage of cordon cut, vine dried Shiraz is added to the wine prior to bottling.
