What the Critics say
The light gold colored 2016 La Clape La Brise Marine Blanc (70% Bourboulenc and 30% Roussanne) is an early-bottled white that shines for its fresh, crisp and classy profile. Giving up lots of salty minerality as well as notes of chamomile, lemon peel and sautéed peach, it has crisp, integrated acidity and a great finish. Drink it over the coming year.

A Vibrant color. The nose features aromas of exotic fruit, mango, and white peach with notes of fresh almond. A powerful and generous palate with an exquisite mineral note on the finish enhancing its complexity.
Château la Négly is a highly rated Languedoc estate that can trace its roots back to 1773. In 2001, Château started to lease the vineyards of their neighbour estate: Domaine de Boède and finally acquired these vineyards in 2006. Most of their vineyards are located on the prime chalky terroir of La Clape, in sight of the Mediterranean, whose cooling breezes moderate the maturation.
