The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fresh red berries and a hint of raspberry associated with a discreet hint of blackberry, violet as well as hints of toasted oak, spices, a hint of mocha and a subtle hint of licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced , well-built, gourmande, slightly silky and offers juiciness, fat, a slight suavity, freshness as well as a certain deepness.
In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry ang slight notes of fresh raspberry associated with hints of fresh red berries, cassis as well as slight hints of toasted oak and dark chocolate. Tannins are fine, well – built and very slightly firm. Good length and persistence. The 2014 is a blend of Merlot (90%), Cabernet Franc (8%) Cabernet Sauvignon (2%). Drink: Now - 2030.
