They have 30 hectares of Chablis vines, 14 of which are in Premier Cru, taking in top sites like Vaillons, Fourchaume, Cote de Lechet, Les Lys and Beauroy. Daniel took over the running of the domaine from his father-in-law Jean Defaix in the 1990's and retired in 2018.
