Interestingly there was no residual SO2 from the recent bottling and the cool and citrusy aromas are laced with plenty of classic Chablis elements in the form of iodine and ocean breeze. There is fine volume to the succulent and moderately stony medium-bodied flavors that possess an inviting sense of energy on the lingering finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth. This should also be agreeable to enjoy young if that's your preference. Drink: 2020+ (Oct17)
