What the Critics say
From an intriguing blend of two-thirds Marsanne and Roussanne, with Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay, aged in oak, half of which is new. The wine is rounded, showing nutty, biscuity notes from the new wood, and with elegant texture and subtle nuances from the diversity of grape varieties, and also from the diversity of terroirs. It is drinking beautifully now, but will continue to develop in bottle. One of the original white wines of the south. Drink: 2017-2025
Nice med yellow core with some green hues. This wine develops aromas of verbena, citronnella and
honeysuckle. The palate is rich and aromatic, and the small amount of Chardonnay brings a light buttery
touch to the final taste.
