Domaine La Suffrene is a family estate that has been passed through the family for generations. A 50- hectare domaine spread across varying soils of sand, limestone, chalk and clay. Grapes harvested from the domaine were destined for the local co-op before Cedric Gravier, under the assistance of the grandfather, took control and began estate bottling. Cedric has built a new state of the art winery utilising stainless steel fermenters and large oak foudres.
