What the Critics say
Bears all the hallmarks of spontaneous fermentation on the nose, not in a pungent medicinal way, but with a clean herbal freshness which still leaves room for a most unusual association of honey on slate. The palate opens with a delightfully juicy presentation of fruit, grapefruit, orange and peach well complemented by a generous liquid expression of minerality. Fresh sappy herbs have the final say. Too easy to drink it now, but with the promise of greater complexity to come. Drink: 2022-2030.
