Fruit sourced from old bush vines in Frankland River. Vibrant ruby colour and aromatics to match. The 100% whole bunch fermentation provides an array of lifted flavours ranging from candied lolly to ripe raspberries. The earthy, rich tones and natural acidity of Mourvedre also shine through to make for an amazingly complex, light-bodied red. The lack of physical maceration ensures that there is minimal tannin influence, the wine gets its flavour and complexity purely from the fruit flavour and unique fermentation.
