TBA = Trockenbeerenauslese (literal meaning: "dried berries selection") a German language wine term for a medium to full body dessert wine. It is known as one of the most lush styles of desert wines.
Selective hand harvest. A blend of 3 Auslese picks, bunches selcted from the "middle" (75%) amd the "back" old vines (25%) with 100% botrytis affected, raisined berries. Fermented in stainless kegs and barrels (65%) and old wood (35%). Hedonistic, fully botrytis affected style. Alcohol 9.0%. RS 310 g/l.
