Gembrook Hill Village is a single vineyard wine from the Yarra Valley. In the winery it is 100% destemmed, fermented on skins for 3 weeks and matured in large format old French oak. Gembrook Hill Villages Pinot Noir is bright light crimson in colour, the bouquet is complex and exotic, with plum and spice aromas, the palate following closely behind. Long and intense, it has a mix of red fruits and a strong, forestry background.
