Made by Kate Goodman of Goodman Wines The Pinot Noir is a blend of two vineyards, one in the Christmas Hills a cooler site and one in the heart of the Yarra Valley at Coldstream. It is made through whole berry open fermentation followed by maturation in French oak barrels for 9 months. The nose feature lifted cherry spice with savoury, earthy undertones. The palate has a vibrant core of fruit, juicy tannins and generous weight.
