Notes of white peach, hazelnuts, grapefruit and spice. The restrained palate is supported by subtle cedar, cashew and vanilla tones from the French oak, textured with a long mineral finish.

Sourced from the mature Willowlake Vineyard, in the elevated upper Yarra Valley, the cool growing conditions combined with the influence of red volcanic soils provide the perfect base for growing chardonnay grapes with impressive line and length. In the winery, the fruit is whole-bunch pressed hand-picked fruit before it is allowed to cold settle. The juice is then racked with light lees to French oak for a natural fermentation.
