The 2016 Ophelia Pinot Noir has a complex mix of ripe berries and bright cherries. There is a juicy nature to
the fruit as well as an earthy component. Finish has firm tannins and crisp acid. It is a wine that has
immediate appeal.

Nick Harrison has worked in the vineyard & winery of Ocean Eight for the past 6 years. He is now adding to his quiver in a new role as brand manager of the new ‘Ophelia’ range. Ophelia wines are made to be enjoyed in their youth and ideal as a poring wine at a bistro or other casual dining rooms. Nick sources parcels of fruit for a variety of premium Australian regions and commission the wine to be made to capture and preserve the charm of youthful exuberance.
