We want to ensure that your delivery experience is as smooth as possible. We will send you notifications at key stages of the delivery to let you know when your wine has been picked up, when it’s with the driver on the day and when delivery has been made or attempted. 

 

Shipping Times
Wines in stock are available for immediate shipping. Any orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will ship the same day. You can find the shipping options on the product page and the filter to the left. Please be aware if you have a mix of shipping times we will wait until the order is complete to ship.

 

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping to most of Australia for all orders over $199.00 or $10 for orders under. Some regional areas may incur an extra shipping charge. You can check your shipping costs on the product page or in your cart.

 

Delivery ETA’s
Sydney – 1-2 Days (generally next day)
Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Coffs Harbour - 1-3 business days
Adelaide, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Geelong - 2-4 business days
Cairns, Hobart, Launceston - 3-5 business days
Perth - 6-10 business days

THESE ETA's apply after the wine has left our warehouse.

 

Authority to Leave
If you know you will not be home to sign for your delivery and have a safe spot, you can give our couriers the authority to leave. Simply uncheck the box and your wine will be waiting for you when you get home. If not, leave the box as is to ensure a signature is required at the time of delivery.

 

Late delivery / Breakages
Sometimes bottles can break and couriers can make mistakes. As soon as we are informed of any breakages or delays you will be contacted ASAP and steps will be taken immediately to fix the problem. Hot weather policy
If we believe your wines may be affected by excessive heat over the summer period we may delay dispatch. This is especially relevant for our premium wines. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm this delay and ensure you are happy to wait or attempt to arrange an alternative shipping method.
