Pale gold. Penetrating, mineral-tinged aromas of fresh citrus and orchard fruits are joined by hints of chalky minerals, quinine and ginger. Juicy and deeply concentrated, offering intense pear nectar, peach and Meyer lemon flavors that show excellent clarity and minerally drive. The mineral note lingers impressively on the nervy finish, which displays excellent focus and tenacity. Drink: 2019-2025 (Jun17)
