What the Critics say
Vivid ruby. Aromas of fresh red and dark berries, licorice and pungent flowers pick up a peppery nuance with air. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors that deepen as the wine opens up. Closes on a subtly sweet note, showing good, energetic thrust and smooth tannins that come up slowly. Drink: 2017-2021 (Jun16)

We call this wine baby a Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Close your eyes, take a sniff and you could easily mistake this cracking little wine for its famed sibling. The fruit comes from a newly acquired 40yr old vineyard just across the river from Chateauneuf and is farmed by Lutte Raison ( a method very close to organic) It’s a classic blend Grenache (65%), Mourvedre (20%) & Cinsault (15%). Big and Rich, with depth and structure, this is the perfect wine for the cold winter nights ahead.
