1x Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose 2016
‘Limpid orange-pink. Vibrant, mineral-accented cherry pit, peach, raspberry and melon scents, along with building orange pith and floral nuances. Stains the palate with incisive red berry, citrus fruit and lavender flavors that deftly blend depth and liveliness. Shows superb tension and intense mineral character on the strikingly long finish, which leaves bitter quinine and blood orange notes behind. Drink: 2019-2024 (Jun18)’

1x Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose 2017
One of the great benchmarks for rose in the galaxy. Pale pink gold colour. Perfume is straight away refreshing, ruby grapefruit citrus, scents of wet slate and faint ‘rose hip tea’ thing. The palate is sweet-sour cherry spectrum-flavoured with a sense of ‘tart’ but refreshing. Generally very delicate fruit character, though some quiet complexity in lees-yeast-savoury characters too. It shows some spice and finishes fresh. An understated, fine boned style. Drink: 2018-2024 (Jun18)

1x Domaine La Suffrene Bandol Rose 2016
Medium to full salmon-pink hue. The bouquet is savoury and smoky, toasty and quite complex, with quince paste nuances. The palate is lighter-weighted and savoury, dry and almost a bit austere. It demands food. Very good flavour and a lasting finish. Drink: 2018–2018 (Jun18)

1x Gros Nore Bandol Rose 2017
Light, brilliant orange. Displays mineral-laced redcurrant, blood orange and peach scents, along with a suave floral quality that builds in the glass. Silky and penetrating on the palate, offering juicy raspberry and nectarine flavors that are lifted and sharpened by a hint of bitter orange pith. Finishes very long and smooth, with lingering lavender and pit fruit notes. (Aug18)

Made from a blend of Grenache Noir (38%), Cinsault (37%), Mourvèdre (19%), Rolle (4%) & Ugni blanc (2%), this is classic Provence rosé with a subtle aroma of fine red fruit and spices. It comes from a selection of old vines in a northwest-facing vineyard on the Rimauresq estate.
