Impenetrable in colour – darkest purple-black – and just about as inscrutable, Jack's Block is viewed as the S&K family's most treasured vineyard with good reason. Deep complexity is a key note here, so too the darkest, ripest fruits and spices that carry long. A spice-driven lift arrives with violet florals, well-ripened plums, dark berries, cassis, anise, dark chocolate, earth, hints of charcuterie and cedary oak. Carried by sturdy tannins, it will live long and mature nobly." – Jeni Port, Jul 2026

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0602/5694/4264/files/Stanton_KilleenJack_sBlockShirazRutherglen2023.png?v=1791343656
