Our Returns Policy
We understand that regardless of the reviews and accolades, a wine is simply not to your taste. We offer a full refund on your order provided the wines remain in a good condition and your request to return the order is received within 90 days of delivery.
Any return will be refunded or exchanged as soon as possible, normally within a day or two of us receiving the wines. Please be aware though, if it is simply a matter of taste, we can only refund the cost of wines and not any freight charge that has been applied. Please be aware that we can only accept bottles in good condition with clean labels. The original box also helps but is not neccessary!
