What the Critics say
t’s a shiraz built on acidity and meaty, savoury characters more than it is on fruit weight. It will be better at maturity than it is now on release. Floral fragrances make for a pretty introduction though peppery, meaty, smoky characters soon swoop in. The palate is cherried and lively, frisky almost, with boysenberry and cranberry characters giving it a racy feel. It’s not a dark or inesenly fruited wine; it’s a succulent one.
