- Single vineyard wine from Dixons Creek at the North end of the Yarra Valley. Spur and cane pruned 35 year old vines on shallow loam over heavy clay soils. Easterly aspect at 160m elevation.
- 10% whole bunches. Warm ferment to 37C in open fermenters. Selected yeast. Hand plunged. Only old large format oak. On lees for 11 months. Superb.
