BOB aim to please with their Bosworth Shiraz. The objective is to make a well-balanced, delicious, medium-bodied wine with strong regional characters and to this end they keep winemaking techniques simple, and traditional. Grapes are picked on flavour and sugar ripeness, then crushed them and sent the to open fermenters.
The wine finishes fermenting in barrel; Using a combination of new and old French and American oak. A small percentage of cordon cut, vine dried Shiraz is added to the wine prior to bottling.

Bright perfume of blueberry, raspberry-swirl ice-cream, quite sweet in fruit approach, dusting of spice, very aromatic, whiffs of Turkish Delight. Juicy in the palate, light, firm tannin profile, nice crunch to the wine, gentle sweetness, finishes with good-bitterness and light chalky tannin. Really pleasant here.
