What the Critics say
NOTE: From vines planted in 1955. This vineyard is just next to ‘Combottes on the Meursault side of the village.
‘A pungent nose is composed of reduction and wood. More positively there is good freshness to the sumptuously rich medium-bodied flavors that are quite generously proportioned while coating the palate with sap on the robust but not rustic finish where a touch of minerality helps to add lift. This is quite good if perhaps a bit less refined than usual. Drink: 2023+'

These vines are located in the village of Puligny Montrachet, in the south of the Côte de Beaune. The "Les Referts" parcel is in the north of Puligny, next to the famous Les Combettes vineyard between Meursault village and Puligny Montrachet.
