What the Critics say
Deeply aromatic even straight from the fridge. Lemon/lime and floral, wildflowers and herbs. Complex and probably more so thanks to the extra year in bottle, which has added a slight cedary note. As intense on the palate as on the nose. Remarkably full-bodied at such modest alcohol. Dry, fresh but rounded in the mouth. Long, aromatic aftertaste and just slightly salty at the end.
This Vermentino has gorgeous aromatics and florals and a textural savoury palate with a zesty citrus finish. Bianca by KT is a new wine release for the KT portfolio and is made from Vermentino grown by the Koerner family in the hamlet of Leasingham in the Clare Valley. Vermentino is a white grape variety that originally heralds from the island of Sardinia in Italy and is enjoyed for its resistance to dry and warm conditions and its high natural acidity.
