Named after KT's Grandma, Melva is a wild fermented Riesling that is inspired by the exotic off dry wine styles of the world. Created from the Peglidis vineyard, the hand picked fruit is handled oxidatively in the winery and is fermented 100% with indigenous yeast in twelve year old French oak barriques and left to sit on lees in oak for 3 months with regular stirring.
