What the Critics say

From south/southeast-facing terraces overlooking Chavanay. These are considered Cuilleron's finest and oldest vines on the estate. “Les Chaillets” is the local name for terraces.
No insecticides or pesticides are used in the vineyard, with only a few treatments depending on weather and a small amount of organic-only fertiliser. The grapes are picked when fully ripe and handsorted before arriving into the winery. After pressing, they are fermented and aged in barriques on lees for 9 months.
