Textbook Syrah. Vivid purple in colour Classic aromas of red fruits and white pepper. This wine is amazing for the level, it has lovely tense woven fruit with classic violet and faint smoky hints. It is the poor man’s Cote-Rotie. Raised in stainless steel and old oak the wine is clean and pure and shows a zesty, mineral character of the granite infused soils of Chavanay.
