The flagship wine of the Champagne house Bruno Paillard. A blend of more than 30 crus, it is a blend of Pinot Noir (45%), Chardonnay (33%) and Pinot Meunier (22%) taken exclusively from the purest juice of the first pressings. 20% of this juice is fermented in barriques giving the wine an extra layer of complexity.
An incredible blend of 25 vintages of reserve wines going back to 1985 make up to 50% of the final blend. It is aged much longer than the legal requirements spending 3 years on lees, with an addition 5 months after disgorgement. The dosage is a low 6g/L.
