Dispatch Time

All orders are normally dispatched within the next 1-2 business day(s). During busy or holiday season, please allow us some extra days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Time (after dispatch)

  • Sydney Metro & Eastern Suburbs: 1-2 business days with our driver/van.

*PO box orders needs to be delivered via Australia Post and will take 2-3 business days. 

  • Greater Sydney: 2-3 business days depending on courier
  • Central Coast, Northern Beaches: usually Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday with our driver in the same week if ordered before 12pm Wednesday
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide: 3-5 business days depending on the courier
  • Canberra: every Friday with our driver if ordered before 10am Thursday
  • Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Geelong: 3-5 business days depending on the courier
  • Cairns, Hobart, Launceston: 4-7 business days depending on the courier
  • Perth / WA: 5-8 business days depending on the courier

Delivery Fee

We offer free shipping to most of Australia for all orders over $249 or $15 flat rate for orders under. Some states and regional areas may incur an extra shipping charge. The correct delivery fee will be finalized at checkout when you enter your postcode.

  • NSW, ACT, VIC, SA: Free delivery for orders over $249 or $15 for orders under.
  • QLD: Free Delivery for orders over $299 or $20 for orders under.
  • WA & TAS: Free Delivery for orders over $299 or $35 for orders under.
  • NA: $40 delivery fee for all orders.

Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions, please click "View cart" (before checkout) and leave us a note.

Authority to Leave

If unattended, we will leave your order at a safe place or try delivery again at another date (our van delivery). For courier orders, they will be re-delivered or taken to the post office (Australia Post) or depot (Aramex).

Late delivery / Breakages

Sometimes bottles can break and couriers can make mistakes. As soon as we are informed of any breakages or delays you will be contacted ASAP and steps will be taken immediately to fix the problem. Hot weather policy

If we believe your wines may be affected by excessive heat over the summer period we may delay dispatch. This is especially relevant for our premium wines. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm this delay and ensure you are happy to wait or attempt to arrange an alternative shipping method.
