"The 2012 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a beautiful, expressive wine that captures the natural richness and radiance so typical of the year. Tropical accents, lemon confit and white flowers all meld together. On the palate, the 2012 is quite resonant, and yet it remains translucent and light on its feet. There is so much to admire in this racy Blanc de Blancs from Bruno Paillard. Disgorged: April, 2019. Drink: 2022-2032."

94 Points | Antonio Galloni, Vinous.com

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. From eight different crus and aged on lees for eight years before being disgorged in March 2020. Dosage 4.5 g/l.

17.5 Points, Jancis Robinson - "Tight-knit and dense on the nose. Really very exciting and tense but with great richness underneath which presumably comes from the ageing rather than the dosage. A hint of almond paste/marzipan. Great to enjoy a champagne that's very refreshing but not austere. The whole tenor seems to be nutty rather than fruity or mineral. Long, reverberant finish."
