Made with 90% Garganega and 10% Trebbiano di Soave. Straw-yellow with golden highlights, it has an intense fruity bouquet with scents of vanilla, dried fruit and some minerality. Grape variety is predominantly Garganega which offers a lovely golden straw colour and creamy yellow fruit. 10% Trebbiano adds some vim and vigour, and the finish is crunchy, apply and fresh.
