    What The Critics Say
"Captivating with its freshness, this excellent rosé wine is in the Top 25 of our annual list of the best rosé wines. In 1996, Cédric Gravier took over this family estate, whose vines have belonged to the family for more than a century. He transformed the cellar to what it is today and masterfully manages the production and marketing of his wines. The vineyard, covering 60 hectares in AOC Bandol, produces distinctive and impeccably vinified wines, as demonstrated by this remarkable vintage. Both vinous, juicy and generous, but always elegant, this gastronomic rosé wine reveals aromas of strawberries, raspberries, citrus and anise, enhanced with spicy notes and beautiful bitterness. The palate is chiseled and elegant, supported by quality acidity which gives it great freshness and exceptional “drinkability”. The finish is magnificent, persistent and tasty. Serve at 12°C. Sumptuous with Provençal bouillabaisse, rack of pork with apricots, barbecued salmon, shrimp paella, grilled red mullet fillet, seafood pasta."
