Carrefully crafted at boutique winery FERVOR by Mike Garland (Plantagenet Wines; Castelli Estate) and his son Callum this Pet Nat is a blend of Sauvignon blanc and Nero d'Avola. Elegant with a good balance beetwen the fruit and the bubbles, refreshing and great value.
