Description
A beautiful blend of 90% Nielluciu and 10% Grenache.
The colour is a beautiful, dense, deep ruby red. On the nose, beautiful aromas of red fruits: blackcurrant, blackberry and a slight note of liquorice. The mouth is greedy, well structured, full of red fruits and some spices. Pairing with: Red meat, game and dishes in sauce.
The AOC range was born from the selection of our most beautiful plots of vines located on the unique terroir of E Croce. The wines bear the imprint of their terroir in each vintage; freshness and minerality to give precise and smooth wines.
Clay-limestone soil on a schist base. South-west facing slopes. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then placed in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 25°C and 30°C. Vatting lasts 12 to 15 days. Daily pumping over. The grapes are then decanted and pressed. Blending of free-run juice and press juice.
