Château la Négly is a highly rated Languedoc estate that can trace its roots back to 1773. In 2001, Château started to lease the vineyards of their neighbour estate: Domaine de Boède and finally acquired these vineyards in 2006. Most of their vineyards are located on the prime chalky terroir of La Clape, in sight of the Mediterranean, whose cooling breezes moderate the maturation. The three flagship wines from this Estate (L’Anceley, La Porte du Ciel and Clos des Truffiers) are parcel selections of very old Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache.
