Champagne Dosnon (Henri Dosnon) is an acclaimed artisan grower producer based in Avirey-Lingey, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region in southern Champagne, France. Founded in 2007 by Davy Dosnon, the house is recognized for its Burgundian approach to winemaking and its focus on Pinot Noir-driven, mineral-forward Champagnes.

The vineyards are located on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, similar to nearby Chablis, which gives the wines a distinct mineral structure, often described as vinous and refined. A key differentiator is that all Dosnon wines are fermented and aged in used Puligny-Montrachet barrels, bringing a subtle toasty, textured complexity without being heavily oaked.
