Zesty, mineral-accented orange and pear flavours blend finesse with power, picking up a sweet honeysuckle quality with air. Finishes taut, long and vibrant, with the mineral note repeating. This Champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir from the unique terroir called La Cote des Bar in the Southern part of Champagne. Perfumed Pinot fruit emerges gracefully from its medium-bodied frame. ABOUT THE PRODUCER La Maison Dosnon is located in Avirey-Lingey, in the heart of a unique terroir called La Cote des Bar. Found in the southern part of the Champagne region, the vineyards are situated on rolling hills of hard limestone soils like Chablis. The terroir, dominated by clayey-limestone soils, inspires particularly rich aromas and flavours in the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which acquire an exceptional finesse and fruitiness as they age.
