Description
A complex wine, with aromas of lemon zest and baking spices. Perfumed wild jasmine, snow pea tendril, delicate hints of candied peel and lemon curd. There are notes of wet rocks and native blossom. Medium-bodied and with great textural interest. Taut, crisp acid drives the wine and will reward those with the patience to cellar.
Description
The 13 rows of Chenin Blanc were recently grafted onto vines planted in 2006. These are the closest vines to our winery on a south east facing slope of about ¾ acre. There was minimal irrigation in 2025.
Our second release, a wine of complex flavour and intrigue. Unfiltered and sealed under Diam with wax.

Domenica
Domenica is the project Peter Graham, who worked for 13 years with the top winery in Beechworth. The 4 hectares vineyard is located six kilometres south west of Beechworth, adjacent to the renowned Warner vineyard, at an altitude of around 550 metres. The soil is granitic, and the exposure is varied, from steep southerly slopes for the chardonnay, to a gentler north easterly aspect for the marsanne, roussanne.
We offer free shipping to most of Australia for all orders over $199 or $12 flat rate for orders under. Some regional areas may incur an extra shipping charge which is calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
