    Description

92 Points, The Real Review "Ruby-coloured. This opens with an intensely sweet nose of wild raspberry and boysenberry supported by dried flowers, cinnamon spice, bay leaf and a savoury, earthy note lurking in the wings. The palate is densely concentrated yet possessing excellent flow and length as the ripe fruit flirts with raisin before settling into dried ume and salinity on the finish. Fine-grained tannins from both fruit and wood gently hold onto the back-palate. A serious rendition of gamay which can be enjoyed either in its youth of held for a year or two to develop mushroomy, spicy complexity. Drink Now-2030" - Stephen Wong, Feb 2026

2025 is a fabulous vintage. This has plenty of ripe fruit, enveloped by a satin like texture. Chill it a little and you have the perfect summer red. Intensely floral and aromatic, it offers bright red fruits, fine tannins and a refreshing, graceful palate. Stylish and highly drinkable, this captures the energy and charm of the 2025 vintage.

    Description

Sourced from the meticulously farmed Two Terraces Vineyard in Maraekakaho, this single-vineyard wine was made with our signature artisanal approach: hand-harvested, whole-bunch fermented, foot-stomped, and matured in seasoned puncheons.

In 1395, Duke Philippe the Bold exiled Gamay from Burgundy in favour of Pinot Noir, dividing two noble varieties that once shared a home. Centuries later—and quite unintentionally—we’ve brought them back together.

Our tenth vintage working with Gamay was meant to be just that—Gamay. But after harvest, DNA testing revealed that some of the vines we thought were Gamay, are in fact, Pinot Noir. The result? A serendipitous blend that closes a 600-year-old loop in the most delicious way. Philippe would be livid.
