The 2024 vintage offers bright lime and lemon zest on the nose, with a flavoursome palate framed by crisp acidity. The Hunter’s Semillon is designed to be enjoyed as a young wine, or after 3 - 5 years in the bottle.

Founded by acclaimed Hunter Valley winemaker Matt Burton, Gundog Estate has earned an outstanding reputation for producing expressive, cool-climate Riesling, Semillon and Shiraz from some of the best vineyards in the Hunter, Hilltops and Canberra wine regions in New South Wales.
We offer free shipping to most of Australia for all orders over $199 or $12 flat rate for orders under. Some regional areas may incur an extra shipping charge which is calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
