Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked at exactly the right Baume to ensure that the final wine is clean and crisp, while providing good amounts of fruit aromas. The wine shows a balance of green characters without showing anything overzealous, think green pea and kiwi fruit on the palate to start and lovely acidity and crunch to make the finish clean and savoury.
