Purplish ruby-red colour, black cherry fruit flavours encased in sweet spices of lavender and violets with a hint of almond on the finish. A wine style that suites classic Italian cuisine of antipasti and slow cooked red meats like Osso bucco. To be enjoyed over the next 5 years.

    Sam Miranda

    Sam Miranda, grandson of Francesco Miranda, joined the family business in 1991, striking out on his own in 2004 after Miranda Wines was purchased by McGuigan Simeon. The Myrrhee Estate vineyard is at 450m in the upper reaches of the King Valley. This is where the varieties for Sam Miranda’s Signature Range of wines are sourced, each with the name of the nearest town or named district. In 2016 Sam Miranda purchased the Oxley Estate vineyard on Snow Road with 40ha of vines to be reworked over coming years. Exports to the UK, Sweden and Fiji.
