Description
A blend of all of our Chardonnay clones to bring a complex and enjoyable wine. Lemon verbena and crisp pear flesh, a richly textured and soft palate with a mineral-lemon freshness. A touch of oak, subtle and supportive of the fruit profile sits nicely in the background. A long palate with texture from barrel fermentation yet ultimately a refreshing wine.

Warramate Wines is a small, independently owned vineyard in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. It was established in 1970 on a spectacular north-facing slope overlooking the central Yarra Valley. With plantings of Marsanne,
Roussanne, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, it produces wines of distinction, depth and intensity from its hand-tended and non-irrigated vines. Warramate Wines are all handcrafted by Yarra Yering’s Winemaker, Sarah Crowe.
