Created in 2012, Domaine de Marzilly is located in the immediate vicinity of Hermonville, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, the northernmost region of Champagne. It is in this place favorable to the cultivation of vines that Champagne Ullens finds its origin. Our cellar tells the extraordinary adventure of a man driven by his passion. In front of these oak barrels sheltered by the old stone, you have to let the alchemy take place, and know how to wait for the right moment to finally be able to savor the taste of the new vintage. Our single-plot vintages are exclusively vinified in oak barrels. Out of passion and respect for this historic material, we make our own barrels from the trees in our park.
