Bright pale-gold in the glass, this wine opens with lifted aromas of white flowers, citrus peel (lemon and grapefruit) and a hint of tropical fruit (mango or white peach) supported by chalky mineral undertones. On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced, with vibrant acidity carrying flavours of green apple, pear and sifted stone, finishing clean, crisp and subtly saline-mineral.

This white is a blend of Viognier, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne; it has floral, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas and a fine mineral finish, making it ideal as an aperitif.

Domaine Font Du Vent
Domaine Font du Vent, formerly known as Domaine Font de Michelle, is a historic Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate in the southern Rhône, run by the Gonnet family who have tended vines in Bédarrides since the 1600s. Today, cousins Bertrand and Guillaume Gonnet craft expressive, terroir-driven wines from old Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre vines rooted in the famed La Crau plateau and surrounding parcels. Practising organic viticulture and traditional winemaking, the estate produces rich yet elegant reds that capture the essence of Provençal garrigue, spice, and ripe fruit, reflecting both the power and finesse that define top Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines.
